This app is solely a tool to facilitate scheduling between users and licensed clinicians employed by Blue Rose Consulting. Any information entered into the app for scheduling purposes is not stored by us or transmitted to third parties.
3. Clinician Employment
All clinicians available through this app are direct employees of Blue Rose Consulting, and your sessions are conducted in accordance with applicable professional and ethical standards.
4. No Third-Party Tracking
This app does not use cookies, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics tools. Your usage is not monitored or tracked in any way.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Since we do not collect user contact information, we cannot notify users directly.
Clinician Consultant Privacy Notice
This section applies specifically to licensed clinicians who contract with Blue Rose Consulting Group for Responder Relief to provide mental health services to firefighters and other responders.
1. Information We Collect
When you create and maintain a clinician account with us, we may collect and securely store the following personal and professional information:
- First Name and Last Name

- Phone Number
- Profile Information (e.g., biography, "About" section)
- State Abbreviation and Secondary State Abbreviation (if applicable)
- Zip Code, County, and City
- Professional License Information
- Clinical Specialty
- Virtual Availability (True/False)
- SCA (if applicable)
This information is used for credentialing, scheduling, compliance, and matching clinicians with clients.
2. Calendar Integration
Clinicians may choose to sync their calendars with our platform to schedule and manage therapy sessions. This connection is facilitated through the Nylas API.
- By enabling calendar sync, you grant our system access to your calendar data, including all events and details.
- In practice, we only use this access to:
- Identify your availability for client sessions.
- Create, update, or cancel appointments related to therapy sessions.
- Prevent scheduling conflicts or double-booking.
- We do not sell, share, or use your calendar data for any other purposes.
3. How We Use Clinician Information
Blue Rose Consulting Group uses clinician information only as necessary to:
- Maintain credentialing and contract records.
- Enable scheduling and delivery of therapy services through Responder Relief.
- Support compliance with legal, professional, and regulatory obligations.
- Communicate with you regarding clients, scheduling, or platform administration.
4. Data Security and Retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect clinician information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, contractual, and legal purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell clinician personal information. Limited sharing may occur with:
- Service providers who support scheduling, IT, and security functions.
- Professional advisors or regulators, where legally required.
- Government agencies, if disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law.
